Unlike some other regulatory service firms we believe that umbrella regulation should only be viewed as the first step in your journey as a company and not just an ongoing cash-cow for the principal firm.

We expect most of all clients to progress within two years onto fully regulated status and as such part of our service can be seen as an "incubator" helping pave the way for full direct FCA authorisation alongside with other services we can offer such as consultancy and recruitment of compliance staff.

We should point out that direct authorisation may not be suitable for every firm and some may wish to remain small and outsource their compliance function.
