Bonds are listed on a recognised exchange in Ireland (or alternatively Frankfurt) making them eligible for a stocks and shares ISA. We can assist with the creation, approval and issue of a full Prospectus with limits of up €100m for the raise and possibly €500m in total (no longer an €8m limit as with minibonds.)

Most importantly there are no investor restrictions either for online of offline applications. Promotion can be made to the whole of the retail market as well as overseas and institutional investors unlike unlisted bonds. Despite this the overall costs of issuing a listed bond remain very competitive.
